Audrey Eve Buquet, 86, a native and resident of Houma, died at 1:41 a.m. Sunday, March 3, 2013.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at Chauvin Funeral Home. A Liturgy of the Word will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
She is survived by her daughter, Diane Hebert and companion, Mike Dryden; brother, Junius "J.D." Donald LeBoeuf; sisters, Sylvia Naquin and Janet Santoy; grandchildren, Kayla Del Angel and husband, Alejandro, Angie Phillips and husband, Doug, and Craig Carlos; 10 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; three step-great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Floyd "Sonny" Buquet and Roosevelt Hebert; parents, Agnes Marcel LeBoeuf and Marcelin LeBoeuf; grandson, Brian Carlos; brothers, Alvin Sr., Francis Sr., and Floyd, Milton, Harry and Gerald LeBoeuf; and sisters, Bernice Prejean and Euna Mae Samonie.
She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church and loved going to the casino.
She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
