Phyllis Ann Hebert Clark, 59, a native of Grand Calliou and resident of Dulac, went to be with the Lord on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2014.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Houma. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Kevin Dale Clark, and Keith Ray Clark and wife, Ciara; companion, Ralph Bergeron; grandchildren, Devin Lee, Gracelee Marie, Maddox Cole, and Logan Cole Clark; mother, Audrey Voisin Hebert; brothers, David and wife, Selma Hebert, and Thomas and wife, Rene Hebert; and sisters, Janelle and husband, Emmett Boudreaux, and Carla and husband, Dean Theriot.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Graylenn "Shot" Clark; father, Philip Hebert; and granddaughter, Megan Rose Clark.
She was employed by the State of Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development for 25 years. She worked on the Daigleville Bridge as an operator.
