Beverly Brien Porche, 81, a native and resident of Houma, died at 8:40 p.m. Monday, July 7, 2014.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Friday at Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with burial in St. Eloi Catholic Church Cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Terry M. Porche and wife, Julie, Dwayne Porche and wife, Joy, and Glenn Porche and wife, Kay; sister, Rosalie Brien Dumond Bergeron; grandchildren, Chris Porche, Chad Becnel, Jason Porche, Jake Porche, Jaymi Porche Morgan, Melani Porche Boudreaux, Derek Porche, and Randi Porche; and great-grandchildren, Lauren Porche, Dawson Becnel, Parker Porche, Lili Morgan, Trey Boudreaux, and Abigail Boudreaux.
She was preceded in death by her spouse, Armond "A.J." Porche Jr.; parents, Meldolph A. Brien and Annie LeCompte Brien; and son, Armond "Butch" Porche III.
Beverly was a parishioner of Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. She worked at Jakes Uniforms and loved spending time with her family and friends.
