Veronica Ann Clement, 69, a native of New Orleans and resident of Houma, died Saturday, July 19, 2014.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Friday at Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
She is survived by her son, Christopher Joseph Clement; daughters, Carrie Marie Clement Logan and husband, Richard, and Connie Elizabeth Clement Dupre and husband, Walter Jr., of Houma; grandchildren, Nicholas Lovell, Paul Quick, Brooke Clement, Sebastian Dupre, Sean Logan, Gabrielle Dupre, Johnathan Logan, Elizabeth Quick, and Hunter Clement; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Luby John and Virginia Rita Mount Jarveaux.
Veronica was a parishioner of Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. She was a dedicated single mother who raised three children and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She was a Eucharistic Minister at Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. She loved going to work at Sonoco every day for more than 20 years.
