She enjoyed eating good Cajun food, gardening, puzzles, outdoor activities, reading her daily newspaper, and visiting with family and friends. One of her favorite activities was having a cup of Cappuccino with anyone who would visit. She was loved and brought many laughs to those who had the opportunity to spend time with her.
Special thanks goes to the caretakers who provided daily care to Josephine and to the staff of the hospice agency who attended to her needs.
