Michael Leviness
Michael Ray Leviness, 17 months, a native and resident of Cut Off, died at 11:42 a.m. Tuesday, March 27, 2012.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to funeral time Sunday at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off. Religious services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with burial in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Cemetery.
He is survived by his mother, Crystal B. Leviness; stepfather, Jace Hebert; grandparents, Michael Wells and Carolyn Gilbert, and John Leviness and Ella Mae Leviness; step-grandfather, Frank Gilbert; step-great-grandfather, Frank Gilbert Sr.; great-grandparents, Jerry Wells and Dianne Wells, and Irene Lee; god parents, Troy Naquin and Cassandra Naquin; brothers, Tadan Naquin and Troy Naquin; uncles, Robert Leviness, Lee Leviness, Ricky Grosvenor, Jacob Gilbert, Kasey Gilbert and Tristan Gilbert; aunts, Kristan Grosvenor, Dakota Gilbert, Catalyn Gilbert and Carolyne Gilbert; and cousins, Amber Alton and Tal Leviness.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Wells; and great-grandfather, Harris Lee.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Cut Off is in charge of arrangements.
