Glen Paul Dolese, passed away July 31, 2012, at his residence in Jacksonville, NC.

A native of Chacahoula, LA, he was 30 years of age and a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served two tours of duty in Iraq and was honorably discharged.

Recognized for his exceptional abilities and his gift for thinking "outside the box", Glen returned to Iraq and Afghanistan as a private contractor, contributing to maintaining optimum military aircraft performance and personnel safety.

Visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Chacahoula with Mass of Christian Burial celebrated by Father Joey Pilola at 2:00 p.m. Interment at St. Philomena Catholic Church Mausoleum, Labadieville, LA.

Glen is survived by his wife, Sarah Harlow Dolese; children, Timothy II, Grace and Anna Dolese; stepsisters, Roxanne Votaw Landry and Mandy Votaw; maternal siblings, Jamie, Jeramie and Rene Theriot; uncles, Gary P. Thibodaux and wife, Connie Naquin, Gene F. Dolese and James E. Dolese; aunt, Jennifer Dolese Falterman and husband, Anthony.

He was preceded in death by his father, Timothy Paul Dolese; infant sister, Raven; grandparents, Dr. Eugene Dolese, Jr., DDS and Sylvia Adams Thibodaux Dolese; aunt, Diane Thibodaux Kramer.
