Bette Puffer

Bette Anne Pugh Puffer went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Thursday, August 22, 2013. She was born January 23, 1956 in Houston, TX and was the daughter of loving parents, OD and Ann Pugh. She became a Christian as a young girl at Camp Peniel and dedicated her life to serving Him.
She married the love of her life, Willis Puffer, on August 9, 1980, spent 33 wonderful years together and raised 3 loved children.
Bette was raised in Houston, TX, and graduated from the University of Texas. She was involved in various ministries, where she utilized many of her amazing gifts such as singing, dancing, acting, making people laugh, all while sharing the Gospel. She so passionately loved people and made friends where ever she went.
Her survivors include husband, Willis, and children, Courtney, Jonathan, and Callie; parents, OD and Ann Pugh; brother, Craig Pugh and wife Barbara; sisters in law, Diane Goodwin and Donna Dickson, and countless family members and friends.
A celebratory memorial service will be held at Wednesday August 28 at Kingsland Baptist Church 20555 Kingsland Blvd, Katy, TX at 2pm. Doyle Lowry will be officiating.
