CAMERON MARTIN LINDSAY, 21, joined his brother, Tyler, in the presence of the Lord on January 4, 2013, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on June 6, 1991, in Corpus Christi, Texas. He attended Cypress Fairbanks schools and graduated from Langham Creek High School in 2009. Cameron was a student at Texas A&M University
, majoring in Petroleum Engineering, following in his father's footsteps.
At the time of his death, Cameron was surrounded by family and friends from his elementary school years to his college years. He was an active member of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity. Whether fishing in Baffin Bay, hunting in Utopia, golfing at Blackhorse, or socializing with friends, Cameron's larger than life personality was evident.
Cameron is survived by his parents, Curtis and Valerie Lindsay, and his sister, Carsen. He is preceded in death by his brother, Tyler, and his grandmother, Jennie Crabbe. He also leaves his paternal grandparents: Russell and Emma Mae Lindsay, and grandfather John Crabbe of Fonda, New York, Uncle John Crabbe, his wife Nicola, and their daughter, Sofie-Cate of Littleton, Colorado.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 10th, at Fairfield Baptist Church, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 11:00 a.m. Afterwards, interment will be at Klein Memorial Park. A reception for Cameron's family and friends will be held at the church after graveside services.
