Armbruster, Sr. a native Houstonian, born July 5, 1926, went to be with the Lord May 18, 2013. He graduated from Austin High School in 1943 and had an invitation to attend Rice University. He entered the Army and served in the Pacific during World War II. He worked 42+ years for Hughes Tool Co. and was nicknamed "Army." He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Patsy "Memom", son, Clifton, Jr. daughter- in-law Beth, daughter Judy Mascione, granddaughter Toni Mascione, grandson Mario Mascione, his wife Jen and twin great granddaughters London and Brooklyn, who brought Cliff much joy. Step-daughters Katherine Harrison, her husband Norman, Jacquelyn Hinkle, her husband Jeff, three grandsons, two granddaughters and three great grandchildren, his brother, Jack, sister-in-law June, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A memorial service will be held May 22, 2013 at 11:00 A.M., First Presbyterian Church of Sugar Land, 502 Eldridge Road. Contributions may be made to the or .
