Darren Marcel
Tremblay lost his short battle with a heart condition on Saturday, July 6, 2013. Born on September 1, 1977 in Plano, Texas, Darren leaves behind beloved family members and many wonderful friends.
He is survived by his mother, Judy Tremblay (of Holland, Michigan), stepmother and father, Gayle and Roger Tremblay (of Dallas, Texas) and siblings Anna Dvorak and Sarah Cordett. His longtime love of tech and gaming began when he was a student at St. John's High School in Houston, Texas. He went on to attend the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Houston where he studied computer science. Darren has lived in Houston and enjoyed a career in tech-related industries over the past fifteen years. His laughter and friendship will be missed. A memorial celebration was held on July 10 at The Courtyard on St. James Place, 1885 St. James Place, Houston, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in the name of Darren Tremblay to either the DREAM Fund (www.dreamfund.org/donate) or Habitat for Humanity
(www.habitat.org).
