Liborio Correa

Liborio (Leo) Correa Leo Correa of Houston TX lost his battle with cancer 1-13-14. He was a Viet Nam Veteran having served two terms both with the U.S. Marine Corps & the U.S. Army. Born in El Paso, he became a Houston resident in 1975 when he began his career with the Houston Police Dept in Undercover Narcotics until 1981. He retired from the Teamster's Union having served both Local 1111 as President/Business Agent & Local 968 as Business/Recording Secretary from February1988 to May 2010.
He is survived by his loving spouse Dolores Cook-Correa, brothers Antonio & Roberto Correa, his sister Rachel, nieces Annette Lopez, Rachel Correa, Marisol Lopez, Natalie Correa & Victoria Winder; nephews Steven Correa, Louie Almonte, Henry, Steven & David Garcia and many great-nieces & nephews.
Viewing is Thursday 5-9pm at Forest Park/Lawndale. Service is Friday 8:30am; burial @ VA National Cemetery @ 10:15am. Special gratitude to The Houston Hospice Staff
