PAUL RANDOLPH TINSLEY, was born October 5, 1946, in Houston, Texas, to Margie Bosley Tinsley and Willard Merle Tinsley, the youngest of three sons. Licensed to practice in both District and Federal Court, he maintained an active law practice for 39 years, most recently in Montgomery, Texas. Going to gymnastics, playing games at the house, swimming in the pool and going on ski trips are a few of my memories of Mr Tinsley (Randy). He was a helluva a guy with a great sense of humor and an awesome dad to boot. His spirit was always affable and welcoming and made me feel part of the family. My thoughts are with Mary, Sara and Ann.

My condolences to the Tinsley family for their loss. Randy ran his law firm they way he lived his life, with honesty and integrity. Those are rare traits in today's society but that's what makes Randy so special. Randy, you will be sorely missed by everyone that has had the privilege to have known you.

Randy certainly will be missed. He took us under his wing and sponsored us into the Lions Club as well as took the time to come to take us to our first meeting. We have enjoyed his upbeat and supportive personality. We were also Diplomats together at the Greater Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce, He was also a member of MC Pros so we had the pleasure of seeing him several times a week since we were involved in all these clubs together. We shall miss him but will always remember him with a smile for his warmth and caring nature.

Randy and I grew up together in Houston, shot marbles, played canasta with 10 decks of cards, shot baskets with small balls at hoops made of coat hangers, played sandlot football at Ronny Moore's house, played homerun derby, and may more passtimes. I really enjoyed going with him and his family to Autry Court at Rice University to watch his brother Richard play for Baylor at the Southwest Conference basketball tournament during Christmas.
We attended Bellaire High School together as well as Baylor. A few years ago he moved to Conroe and we reconnected. I knew his health had not been good the last few years but he never complained. I'll miss his friendship and his smile and regret so much that I'll miss his memorial service as I am out of town.
My prayers and thoughts are with Mary, Richard, Willard, and the rest of the family.
