Edwin Kersh Obituary
Edwin Baylor Kersh , passed away October 25, 2011, at the age of 90. Edwin was born February 13, 1921 in Humble, TX. He was a great man, loving husband, father and brother. Edwin was the owner of Humble Home Telephone Company and was involved with the Humble Rotary as well as numerous other organizations.
Edwin is survived by his loving wife Thelma E. Kersh; son, Kevin Kersh and wife Nancy; sister, Karlene Askin; brother, Jay D. Kersh and wife Gloria; sister, Judy Covert and husband David; sister-in-law, Betty Kersh; grandchildren, Tricia Frank and husband Chris, Ryan Kersh and wife Sarah, John Kersh, and Charlize Kersh; great-grandchild, Katherine Frank; stepchildren, Joseph Beffa and wife Virginia, Gus Beffa, Jo Ann Cleair and husband Kenny, Jay Beffa and wife Darlene, Daniel Beffa and wife Donna, Linda Barks and husband Ron, Michael Beffa and wife Chris, Geno Beffa and wife Ruth and Tine Weatherford; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members.
A visitation will be held from 5 to 8 P.M., Thursday, October 27, 2011 at Rosewood Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10 A.M., Friday, October 28, 2011 in Rosewood Humble Chapel, interment will follow in Rosewood Memorial Park.

I just heard about Ed's passing from Kevin today. I am so sorry to hear this news. He has been my friend since the mid '70's and I will miss our conversations tremendously. My prayers are with you and Kevin and all your family
