Willcott
Mark Robert Willcott III, born on July 23, 1933, "Bob" died on July 27, 2011. He graduated with a BA in chemistry from Rice University. He received his MS and PhD from Yale University.
Academic appointments included the University of Houston, Emory University, Vanderbilt University, Rice University and Baylor College of Medicine. He was a John Simon Guggenheim Fellow and an Alexander von Humboldt Senior Scientist .
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 3, at 10:00 AM in the Rice University Chapel.
