I went to school with Matt, he was a great leader and truely a great friend. We may never know why he was taken so soon, but I know he is in a safe place and in good hands. May god be with you all.

“Sorry” is not a large enough word to hold all of the sadness we feel for the loss of your son and brother. It is a comfort to know that he is with our Lord in the kingdom of heaven. However the ache that is left behind when a child is called home to soon is far too great to comprehend. We hold all of you, as well as Joyce and Gary in our prayers. The loss of any relative always comes as a shock, no matter how much it was expected. The loss of a child is much worse since it is not in the 'natural order of things'.
