Medric Knight Obituary

MEDRIC RAHMANN (Ray) KNIGHT, JR., age 55, went to be with our Lord, Jesus Christ on October 31, 2008, after a fierce and swift battle with lymphoma a battle that never overshadowed his passion for life or love for his family. He was born in Houston, Texas, attended Galena Park High School, and graduated from Texas State University. He was a welder, a real estate broker, and a Certified Mortgage Banker. But, above all else, he was an adoring husband and proud father who loved his family dearly. He was also a loyal friend. Ray was never happier than when he was watching Rachel and Chris play sports. He is survived by his wife, Kelli, their children, Rachel and Chris, his brother and wife, Frederic and Vidal Knight, his sister and husband, Dianne and Ernie Wright, his uncle and wife, David and Hermadean Shaw, and nieces and nephews.
