Warren was such an enjoyable, thoughtful person. In the late 1970s, when I was in my mid-twenties, I moved from Arizona to Houston. My first job was as part of the support staff at Coldwell Banker Real Estate (near the Galleria). I was privileged to work with Warren. He helped make my work enjoyable. Plus, getting to know someone from the east coast was enlightening to this native Texan. I was too chicken to go to New York City. I told him that Houston was my New York City. I enjoyed hearing him share what life was like there and in Boston. One day, I shared with him that I didn't have a TV. He was flabbergasted. He had a TV in every room of his house. "How do you watch the news?", he asked. "I don't. I hear it from other people, like you." The next day, Warren walked in with a small TV and set it in front of me. This time, I was the one who was flabbergasted. He was willing to give up one of his TVs out of the kindness of his heart. That speaks volumes about the type of person he was. I can smile when I think of the positive influence he had on me. He was definitely a people person.

. I cherish the seventeen years Warren and I were fast friends. All of the parties, sales, shopping, and laughing we shared. He was always there for me and my family. His death has left a hole in my heart and soul. . My deepest sympathy for his son William, family and many dear friends not only in Houston but around the world. He was bigger than life and life will never be the same without him for me or any of his friends or family. Every day I think I need to call Warren and ask him about something. Warren shared my life and I will never have another friend like him. The world lost a wonderful soul that loved living to the fullest and one of the few people on this earth that knew what it was to be a real friend. He was family to all his friends and we will never be the same without him.

Not only was Warren one of the kindest, most compassionate men I have known, he was also highly intelligent, impeccably ethical, and never, ever boring.

Warren was a kind, giving, compassionate, warm-hearted soul that made you just feel cared for by being in his presence. I will remember him most by being "The Life of The Party", a barrel of laughs and not only living life to the fullest but enjoying and making memorable moments that were shared by all who knew him. "My condolences & heartfelt prayers are with your family and friends".

What a tragic loss. The impeccably dressed gentleman with a quick wit and a love for all things beautiful, cats, gardening and especially people and a good party. You will certainly be missed by all. May you rest in peace.
