Mary Ann Cimrhanzel, 86, of Shiner, passed away Thursday, December 23, 2010, in Yoakum, Texas.
Mrs. Cimrhanzel was born June 12, 1924, to Joseph and Teresa De Franco in Garfield, New Jersey. On December 5, 1943, she married Frank Cimrhanzel in New Jersey.
Mary Ann worked in sales for The Houston Chronicle for 25 years before retiring. Was a member of the SS Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church in Shiner.
Mrs. Cimrhanzel is survived by 2 sons, Robert Cimrhanzel and Frank Cimrhanzel and wife Vera of Shiner; 4 grandchildren, Frank Cimrhanzel III, Christina Lynne Walrath, Charlotte Moore and Robert "Jr" Cimrhanzel; 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 5 brothers and 2 sisters.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 28, 2010, from 9 AM to 7 PM at Buffington Funeral Home Chapel in Shiner. Rosary and Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at 10 AM at Buffington Funeral Home Chapel in Shiner. Burial will follow in the Shiner Catholic Cemetery.
