Hey pops this is your other daughter as I refered to you whenever I called. When in time of need for tires, car trouble or anything all I had to do was call and you said I'll take care of it. As I went into your room and rubbed your arms I knew you would be alright because you were looking up and I knew that it was God almighty that called you. I love you pops.
Your play daughter.

I would like to extend my thoughts and prayers of sympathy to the Fields family and also to Mr. Joe's other "family" at Uncle Buddy's. In my time of dire need Mr. Joe and Uncle Buddy's came to my rescue and I am ever grateful. This was a good person.

Although you and your family have lost a "pioneer", heaven has gained another Angel. Just know that I'm praying for you and your family Sheree in your hour of bereavement. Be encouraged, for God makes no mistakes. Death is temporary, salvation is eternal.

Understanding is below the height of true conscious of life itself,
How can the living describe an experience that may be only overstood by death.
May I keep in mind, that this divine life force fluids this mobile body of work,
Marvelous and grandeur temple that contains all of universes' worth.
When you seen me you have seen my father, the eyes of the child of the Most High,
As I lay may head down to sleep
Rest assured, rest in peace, lifes' style, lifes' cycle, lifes' mission complete.

Dedicated to the Fields family.

R.I.P GRANDPA!!! You were the best grandfather a girl could have. There are so many things that I have learned from you. You were so dependable. You had an excellent work ethic. Your loyalty to work and family was like no other. I hope you were proud yesterday. We wanted things to be the way you would have wanted them. I love you dearly, and miss you already!!! Who am I going to tell when Uncle Willard doesn't fix my car in time? LOL!! I'm going to complete my doctorate in honor of you. I will miss your approving smile. I don't ever want to look into that room you passed away in again. I want to remember it by thinking about all the times I walked in seeing you sitting there watching sports, smiling, saying "hey there." Your laid back personality will be missed. I love how you treated everybody like a 10 even when they were acting like a 1. I will miss you!! I will miss my mom telling me about stuff you all used to talk about on the phone. I love you....and I know that you, Uncle Buddy, Jerome, and Rocamore are up there right now trying to open up a car lot and trying to get Clarence Green and Guitar Slim to start up another band. LOVE YOU PO PO!!!!!

I met Joe Fields before he was 10 years old and we ran the neighborhood just like any other ordinary neighborhood kids. We fought, flew kites and visited the neighborhood swimming hole " Happy Hole" Fifth Ward and French Town was our neighborhood. I miss that dear old gang of mine that was fun growing up with. My condolences to the Fields Family. Joe led a good life.
