JOSEPH "JOE" LEE MAEDGEN, passed away unexpectedly on his birthday, April 5th at the age of 63. Joe, a native Houstonian, graduated from the University of Texas in Austin, and worked as an Environmental Scientist and in HS&E at Fluor. He was a loving brother and uncle and will be greatly missed by those many lives he touched. With his quick wit and humor, Joe put smiles on the faces of everyone around him. He loved to make people laugh. Joe is survived by his brother, Jim Maedgen and his wife Nanette; sister, Mary Stewart; and several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 12, 2014, at The Settegast-Kopf Co. @ Sugar Creek, 15015 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land (Williams Trace Exit).
