CHARLES HENRY AKINS JR., was born April 8, 1931 in Brownwood, Texas. He was called by several names depending on who knew him. He was Dr. Akins to some, having earned a doctor's degree in theology, also as Charles and C.H. Preacher was reunited with his childhood sweetheart, Gerrilene, on March 20, 2009. She went to heaven December of 1997.
