Diana was one very special lady whom I had the privilege to know while working at Brookwood Community. I will never forget her wonderful laugh and outlook on life. She will be sorely missed! To Alice: you and your family will be in my prayers. You had one very special sister in Diana.
Sincerely,
"nurse Chris"

What a rare and precious gift Diana was to everyone who met her! She and I shared important meetings everyday for several years and those are moments I will cherish always. Thank you to Alice and family for sharing your angel with all of us! I miss her sweet yet mischievous grin and keen sense of humor! Looking forward to seeing her again in heaven!

I was lucky to have been friends with Diana since we were little girls together, playing dolls, dress-up, swinging on her huge tree-rope swing; I gave her a "haircut" at age 4. Although I moved away from Houston, we stayed in touch. I was blessed to visit with Diana and her sister Alice and family this past February. We had a wonderful visit with lots of memories, visited Brookwood, went to the movies, enjoyed popcorn together... Over the years, Diana's sweetness, love for others, and sense of humor only grew larger. I am blessed to have been Diana's friend. Diana will be in my heart always.

Diana Red has been and will forever remain one of Brookwood's All Time Greats. She taught her teachers important stuff... To laugh loud and hearty...To treat others with respect and kindness... and To love your family with all your might. "Dinea", Thank you for these things and for all the rest. We will remember you always.

Diana was a precious person! We bonded immediately because we are both mischievous! She and I shared a love for Diet Coke (nectar of the Gods!) and the city of New Orleans! She was Brookwood's first Mardi Gras Queen, Juliet I this past February and was so beautiful! She will always be my Queen - I will miss her so much!
