Charles Allen "Chuck" TALLEY Obituary
Charles "Chuck" Allen Talley , our loving husband and father passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on Nov. 9, 2011 at MD Anderson Hospital.
He was born on April 20, 1953 in Houston Texas and was raised in Spring Branch. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Maxine Talley. He was married to Carol Ehler the love of his life. They shared a mutual admiration and devotion to one another for 32 years.
In 1986 Chuck established Valves Unlimited, Inc. He built the company on a sound financial base, with proven management, a talented staff of employees, whom have been taught that customer service is the measure of their success. With his son Greg joining Valves Unlimited, Inc. Jan. 2010 his legacy will live on and continue to thrive with no business interruptions.
Chuck shared a passion for racing along with his second son Chris. His competitive spirit, willingness to help others and compelling personality and close friendships made Chuck a race track favorite. He loved and enjoyed each and every chance he had to make it to the finish line! Chuck NEVER met a stranger!
Chuck is survived by his wife Carol Ehler Talley; sons, Greg and Chris Talley; sister Judy Talley Tully and numerous cherished family members.
Chuck touched the lives of so many people with his radiant smile, loving compassion, generosity and his wonderful sense of humor. In lieu of customary remembrances, donations to Chuck's favorite children's charities will be made. Contributions may be sent to the Charles Talley Memorial Fund c/o Trustmark Bank, 14604 Northwest Freeway, Houston, Texas 77040.
Visitation to be held, Sunday, Nov. 13, 2011 from 3:00-7:00 with Rosary at 7:00, both at Klein Funeral Home CyFair.
Funeral mass will be held at St John Vianney Catholic Church, Monday, Nov. 14, 2011 at 10:30am. Reception immediately following at the church with burial at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
