Marshall Harper Obituary

Marshall B. Harper born January 21, 1956 in Los Angeles, California, passed away October 18th, 2012 in Bethesda, MD of cancer. He leaves behind his two loving daughters, Mercedes Harper, a doctoral student at Rice University in Houston TX, and Michaela Harper, a forensic chemist for the Drug Enforcement Administration in MD and Masters student at American University. Marshall Harper was a retired Army LTC and an employee with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. He held a Masters in Finance and was an avid triathlete. He will be forever missed by his friends and loved ones.

Dear Marshall, life is not the same without you. You will be greately missed and I pray for your eternal peace. I cherish every moment we spent together and you will always be love of my life. We will take good care of Mercy and Micha on your behalf, they will never be alone. When the time comes, we will see you again and until then keep watching over us.

I enjoyed knowing Marshall as a son-in-law and am so sorry that his life was cut short by cancer. He was a great patriot, giving much to our country. He was a good father to my two wonderful granddaughters. His spirit lives on.
