Helen L. Rhodes ; loving, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister & friend; born on May 15, 1931, went to heaven on January 8, 2013. Helen is preceded in death by her parents, M.L. Langley & Zell Langley; husband, Willie Rhodes; nephews: Kelley Hinton, Eddie Yelverton, Delone Dupree & Tony Webb. She will be missed dearly by her children: Miles Loper & wife Sandy, Randy Loper & wife Gwenda, Shelia Gay & husband James, Jan Loper, Marcy Hall &, husband Ken; 10 Grandchildren;14 Great Grandchildren; sisters: Ann Hinton & husband Elliott, Dolly Yelverton & husband Haskel; Delma Dupree & husband Gerald & Hazel Blakeney. The family will receive friends from 5-8 on Friday, January 11, 2013 at Brookside Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10AM on Saturday, January 12, 2013. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
