Josh was a student of mine during my first year of teaching and he was always upbeat...he never met a stranger. This just breaks my heart. Rest in peace, Josh, and continued prayers to his family and friends.

Josh was a good friend of mine! In school when i was down he knew exactly what to say when i was feeling down. I will never forget the love he always handed out to everyone.

I hardly knew Josh other than by his Starbucks drink, as I was a barista at his local Sbucks. We all loved Josh though because of the way he took an interest in us as people and even early in the morning had a smile to share. In a place where people are not always so kind, we all fell in love with Josh's personality and friendly spirit. When I saw on the news that "Sbucks Double Shot Josh" had been senselessly killed, my heart broke, as did my coworkers. We are praying for justice and peace for your family. May God bless.

Josh was a wonderful young man. His smile and gentle personality were so beautiful. We were truly blessed to have met him and have him be a part of our family. You will forever be in our hearts. God bless you and may God help your family to get through this most difficult time. We will miss you always.

I'm truly saddened by the death of this fine, young man whom our girls attended school with Joshua (& Caleb). My heart goes out to you Linda, for as a mother myself I can't even begin to imagine your pain, but know I will be praying for you, Tommy, Caleb and his beautiful wife, Kim. May The Lord wrap his arms around the entire family and comfort you while justice will eventually come in Joshua's senseless death. God bless this beautiful family Lord, left with so much pain. Joshua is "in God's grip" being loved by our Heavenly Father and by us all forever who knew him and always had a smile for everyone.

We had the pleasure of watching Josh grow up along with our three children, at times he was probably at my house more than his, especially if it was Pizza Party time. The one thing I remember the most about Josh was his infectious smile trust me, it got him out of trouble more than once. We went to your beautiful service today to say good bye for now until we meet again in Paradise. Then we met up with many of your friends at Pappasito's in SL to celebrate your life!

My thoughts and prayers are with Joshua and his family. I knew his sister-in-law, Kim, back in high school, and I just think that is sad and no one deserves to experience something like this. No one can take away his spirit and that spirit will live on FOREVER!!!!

Josh had a smile no one will ever forget. We enjoyed the times we spent with him. Although it may be difficult to see beyond your sorrow, we hope the happy memories of Josh will help comfort you in the future.

I was Josh's 8th grade history teacher. I have taught hundreds of kids, but I've never forgotten Josh. He was definitely one of my favorites at Quail Valley Middle School. I remember his silly but charming personality. He was so much fun! I even remember giving him a ride home a few times. I am so sad and disturbed to hear about what happened. Please accept my sincere condolences. I will always remember your Josh. I am so proud of the successful, handsome man he grew up to be.

God Bless,
