The Sarofim family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Mrs. Raye White, Mrs. Michelle Zschappell, and Mr. Reggie Davis for all their support; to Dr. James Willerson for his guidance and attention; to nurses, Megan Richards, Erica Ainsworth and Joann Mullins for their care and to all the staff at St. Luke's Hospital for all they have done in caring for Maxwell and to the wonderful staff at Sleepy Hollow.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from five o'clock this afternoon until seven o'clock this evening Monday, the 5th of October 2015, at the residence of Courtney and Christopher Sarofim.
Funeral Service will be held at half-past ten o'clock in the morning on Tuesday, the 6th of October 2015, at the Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, 1111 St. Joseph Parkway in Downtown Houston, where The Very Reverend Lawrence W. Jozwiak, J.C.L., Pastor/Rector is to officiate. A private burial ceremony will follow at Glenwood Cemetery in Houston.
Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Christopher Binyon Sarofim, Sean Christopher Hicks, Andrew Mark Sarofim, Phillip James Sarofim, Kevin Scott Robins and Stuart Jay Parr.

With gradual release, I will let go of you Max. You were an awesome student! You were a wonderful team leader; you helped your 4th grade class to stay on task. Your Awty 4th grade team will always remember your subtle smile, and your great sense of humor.
