Anderson, James A. "Buffalo"
James A. "Buffalo" Anderson, age 66, of Two Rivers, died Sunday, August 24, 2014, at his residence.
Buff was born January 31, 1948, in Minocqua, son of the late Gale and Lucille (Brunner) Anderson. He first married Janet Dewey. Then on April 1, 1994, he married Margo Leavy in Manitowoc. Buff was employed at Mirro Aluminum as a fork lift operator. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren, car rides and visiting places. He was an avid Packer fan. Buff was a member of St. Joe's Athletic Club, Grumann's Athletic Club, the Labor Hall in Two Rivers and the United Steel Workers Union.
Survivors include his wife, Margo Anderson, Two Rivers, children: Jesse (Gayla) Anderson, Jolene (Corey) Frish, all of Two Rivers; Jason (Jenni) Anderson, Manitowoc; Glenn D. Schlorf, GA; David A. Schlorf, Brillion, John D. Schlorf (Anji Jordan), Two Rivers; James W. (Heidi) Schlorf, Brillion; Matthew J. Schlorf, Emily (Steve) Cisneros, all of Two Rivers; Mark A. (Ashley) Schlorf, Manitowoc; Daniel R. Schlorf, Joy (Eric) Schramm, all of Two Rivers; 19 grandchildren: Gary (Jamie) McCorkle, Gina McCorkle, Dominick Anderson, Samantha, Conner and Bailey Frish, Jax and Jessa Anderson, Timothy and Sarah Schlorf, Ryan Pulley, Jessica Jones, Anthony, Steve Jr. and Isabella Cisneros, Trinity and Mark Jr Schlorf, Susan and Adam Surran; three great grandchildren: Aryanna, Lilyanna and Liam; brothers and sisters: Jan (Nick) LeClair, Two Rivers; Joan Hoffman, Manitowoc; Gene (Jane) Anderson, CA; Jerry (Nadine) Anderson, Beaver Dam; Judi (Jim) Beller, Minocqua; John (Brenda) Anderson, Schofield; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Melody (Dale) Meyer, Newton; Morene (Dennis) Ramminger, TX; and Robert (Kelly) Leavy Jr, Manitowoc; Jeff Novak and family, Manitowoc; and Arnie Novak and family, Milwaukee. Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one nephew, Jeff LeClair, father-in-law and mother-in-law: Robert and Angeline Leavy.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 29, 2014, at Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum, 1500 State Hwy 310, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be Pastor Kim Henning.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday, August 28, 2014, at Klein & Stangel Funeral Home, 1420 22nd St., Two Rivers, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday at Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m.
