Henrickson, Sally J.
Sally J. Henrickson, age 52, a Two Rivers resident, died Tuesday morning, January 22, 2013, at Aurora Medical Center, Manitowoc County.
Sally was born August 12, 1960, in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Arvin and Leila (LaPlante) Clarksen. She graduated from Washington High with the class of 1978. When Sally was younger she was very proud that she bought her own rollerskates to use at Rollaire in Manitowoc. She enjoyed cross stitch, collecting anything related to M&M's, key chains, the Green Bay Packers, and baseball, especially Sal Bando. She was employed at Bresler's 33 Flavors in the Mid Cities Mall during high school and then in the Stockroom at Paragon Electric until she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
Survivors include one son: Jason (special friend, Nikki Kahlenberg) , three sisters and two brothers-in-law: Deanna and Bob Gottinger, Cindy and Eric Wilda, and Lori Clarksen, all of Two Rivers; four brothers and three sisters-in-law: Mike and Lanna Clarksen, Sheboygan; Tom and Wendy Clarksen, Two Rivers; Steve and Tammy Clarksen, Mishicot, Jim Clarksen, Manitowoc; her Yorkies: Samantha, Razzi, and Baby. Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Arvin and Leila Clarksen; her father-in-law: John "Chick" Henrickson, Sr; a nephew, Cory Gottinger; and a great nephew, Keaten Thomas Clarksen.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 26, 2013, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be Rev. William Kilps. Cremation will follow at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday, at church from 9:00 am until 11:15 a.m.
