Florence was employed for many years at Mirro Aluminum Company, retiring in 1990. She was a member of the Ladies Aid at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church and also the Auxiliary Legion. Ma enjoyed watching the Golden Girls, games shows and treasured the moments she played cards (Rummy), bingo (Bingo Queen), baking, gardening, feeding the birds and her lap buddy Ranger. Florence never once doubted her strong faith in the Lord, which she also instilled in her children.

She is also survived by one sister: Delores Krueger, Manitowoc; two brothers and a sister-in-law: Mike & Nancy Moschel, Chilton, Fritz Moschel, Mishicot; and a special person who Ma also considered as a daughter: Mary Seefeldt. Also surviving is a brother-in-law: Lawrence (Sarah) Bratz, Reedsville; a sister-in-law: Ruthie Panosh, Manitowoc, along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
