Clark, Adell "Dellie"

Adell (Dellie) Mae Clark, age 58 of Two Rivers, died peacefully Sunday, March 23, 2014 in the ICU at Aurora Bay Care Hospital in Green Bay.

Adell was born January 16, 1956 in Merrill, to the late Marion and Delphia (Perkins) Clark. She was quite relatable and extremely lovable. Throughout her lifetime, her honesty, humor, love of people and life drove her to be a tavern owner/operator for various years. Adell enjoyed making others laugh and hoped she made a difference in the lives of those she encountered. As a point of pride, she was widely known for that infamous cackle you could hear three blocks away. Being the resilient force of nature that she was, her laughter was infectious and the witty remarks were never in short supply. Adell enjoyed shooting pool, watching movies, playing bingo, and spending time with her grandchildren and family.

Adell is survived by her daughters, Michelle (Chris) LeClair of Two Rivers; Tonia Gauthier with grandson Gavin & granddaughter Haile of Two Rivers; son Allan (Elizabeth) Gauthier with grandsons Allan Richard III, Austin, and Collin of Two Rivers; step-daughter Rebecca (Aaron) Rathsack with grandson Robert and granddaughter Bryana of Two Rivers; her brothers, Floran "Tuffy" (Harriet) Pfuhl of Merrill; Marion (Patti) Clark of Merrill; Marvin (Gloria) Clark of Merrill; and sister Sherry (Bill) Merrill; and a number of other relatives and close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents the late Marion and Delphia Clark, her son Nathaniel, a late husband Allan Gauthier Sr., and her sister Ferrol Schumacher.

A Memorial Gathering for visitation will be from 1-3 PM Saturday, March 29, 2014 at Jens Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 1122 S. 8th Street, Manitowoc. Adell will be placed to rest in the Garden of Memories at Knollwood Memorial Gardens during a private burial. We are sure she would love for you to come by later and have a cackle with her - literally. Online condolences may be expressed at

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Dr. Mark Riedy and his staff of the ICU at Bay Care for their dedicated support and passionate care in her final days.
