Brendemuehl, Kathleen Ann "Kutz"

Kutz Brendemuehl, age 78, of Two Rivers, passed away Sunday July 6, 2014 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.

Kutz was born April 23, 1936 in Two Rivers, to the late Edward and Mary Sousek. She was married 53 years to the love of her life, Ken Brendemuehl. They were married March 25, 1961.

Kutz dedicated her life to her family - her husband Ken; son, Kent (Teresa) Brendemuehl; daughter, Toni Brendemuehl; and her grandchildren. She found joy in making her home welcoming through her cooking, gardening and entertaining.

She is survived by her husband, Ken; one son, Kent (Teresa) Brendemuehl & their children: Josiah, Kathleen "Katie", Jonathan, Daniel, and Rebecca Brendemuehl; one daughter, Toni Brendemuehl; two sisters, Marilyn (Paul) Wilson, Whitelaw, Lillian (Donald) Steinhauer, Two Rivers; one sister-in-law, Jeanette Brendemuehl, Wausau; and many special nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Mary Sousek; her brother, Raymond and wife, Delores Sousek; her brother, Donald Sousek; two brothers-in-law, Milt Perron and Roland Brendemuehl; and one brother and sister-in-law, Howard and Shirley Muelver.

The family will greet relatives and friends at Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, 1506 18th St. Two Rivers from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. Wednesday evening, July 9, 2014. A time of reflection will follow at 6 p.m.

Kutz's family would like to extend a very special thank you to Holy Family Hospital CCU for their support and compassion.
