Dale W. Hansen, 54, Green Bay, entered in to the Lord's arms surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday afternoon, December 18, 2012 following a seven year courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis. He was born July15, 1958 to Ruth (Kottke) Hansen and the late Clyde Hansen. Dale graduated from Red Lake Falls High School in Minnesota in 1976 and from the NWTC Parts Technician Program in 1977. He married Cindy Brey September 8, 1979 and they resided in Francis Creek and then later moved to Green Bay where he had a small business and helped many people.

Dale loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He was kindhearted and was always willing to help out. Dale celebrated 13 years of sobriety, allowing him to further his gifting in helping others. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, son and friend.

Dale is survived by his wife, Cindy; son, Nathan; daughter, Nicole (Robbie) Meade; grandson, Alex; brother, Gary (Donna) Hansen, sisters; Gloria (JP) Nolan, Debra (Rick) VanErem; mother, Ruth; mother and father-in-law, Wilbert (Virginia) Brey; nieces, nephews and many close friends.

In addition to his father, Dale is preceded in death by his step-father, Norton Erickson.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 21, 2012 at Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Avenue, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and will continue on Saturday, December 22, 2012, at Zion Lutheran Church,453 Rose Hill Drive, Oneida, from 10:00 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Mark Schumm officiating. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery, Oneida. Online condolences may be expressed at www.lyndahl.com.
