Siudzinski, Doris Mae
Doris Mae Siudzinski, age 80, of 1613 21st St., Two Rivers, died Wednesday morning, January 16, 2013, at Aurora Medical Center, Two Rivers, with her daughters at her side.
Doris was born on April 26, 1932, in Manitowoc, a daughter of the late Edwin and Rose (Hodas) Loritz. She graduated from Lincoln High School in Manitowoc with the class of 1950. She was united in marriage to Raymond Siudzinski on April 7, 1956, in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on December 20, 2009. She resided most of her life in Two Rivers, working as an MIS Operator - Shift Coordinator at Paragon for 38 years, until her retirement in 1997. Doris enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking and spending time with her family at the family cottage on Lake Lucerne.
Doris is survived by her three daughters: Kim Siudzinski of Two Rivers, Kelly (Tim) Spiering of Manitowoc and Kay Siudzinski of Kewaunee; two grandsons: William and Riley Spiering; a brother and sister-in-law: Robert and Patricia Loritz; a cousin: Eunice Lantow; along with nieces and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 23, 2013, at Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, 1506 18th St., Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. John Becker with burial to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
The family will greet relatives and friends at Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels on Tuesday evening, January 22, 2013, from 5 to 8 p.m. Visitation will continue on Wednesday morning from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at 10:30 a.m.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the 2nd and 3rd floor ICU nurses and doctors at Aurora BayCare, Green Bay, as well as the 3rd floor nurses and doctors at Aurora Medical Center, Two Rivers, for the care and compassion shown to Doris and her family. In addition, the family would like to thank the staff at Manitowoc Health and Rehabilitation Center and Aurora VNA Hospice for the care given to Doris.
