Doramus, Theodore L. - Caldwell  
Theodore L. "Ted" Doramus March 22, 1950 - December 17, 2014 On December 17, 2014 Theodore (Ted) LeRoy Doramus went home to be with his Heavenly Father and his earthly family that have preceded him. He passed away doing one of the things he loved, bowling. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 22nd at Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. A viewing will be held Sunday, December 21st from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Dakan Funeral Chapel. Condolences may be shared at www.dakanfuneralchapel.com Ted was born March 22, 1950 in Nampa, Idaho to Don Doramus and Francie Doramus Vance. He attended Nampa Schools for the first eight years. Later his family moved to Middleton. Ted graduated from Middleton High School in 1968 where he was State Wrestling Champion and played football. In 1970, Ted married Janet Goslin. To this union there were three children, Tammy, Holli, and Jason. Ted and Janet were married for 32 years. During his employment years, Ted worked different jobs. He became a licensed Journeyman Electrician. He and his family traveled all over the United States for his work. In 1997 while working in Alaska, Ted suffered a traumatic brain injury and was in a deep coma for 7 weeks. He was in Rehab Facilities for the following 2 ½ years and had to learn to live life all over again. His brain injury left him unable to work, so for the last 17 years he had a limited lifestyle. This did not stop Ted from doing some of the things that he loved. He loved fishing and the outdoors, bowling, and playing Pinochle with family. He also loved his trips to Jackpot and playing Bingo at the Senior Center on Fridays. Ted never met a stranger and was always willing to give the shirt off his back. He had a smile on his face all of the time. He had the kindest, most generous heart. Ted was well loved and will be missed by all. Ted was preceded in death by his father, Don Doramus; step-father, Ted Vance; and beautiful niece, Amy Jo Doramus. Ted is survived by his children, Tammy (David) Horn, Holli (Paul) Libengood and Jason Doramus; his mother, Francie Vance; step-mother, JoAnn Doramus Alsager; brothers, Tony (Kathy), Tim (Lorraine), and Tom (Carole); sister, Trudy (Steve) Dewey; step-brothers, Glenn Vance, David Vance, Gary Vance,and Randall Holloway; step-sister, Michelle Yankovich; 5 grandchildren, Heather and Melanie Teasley, Levi and Alexis Libengood and Bradie Doramus; and many nieces, nephews and extended family who share many wonderful memories.

Harris, Jack  
Jack Harris September 20, 1926 - December 17, 2014 Jack Harris was born September 20, 1926 in Nampa to Thomas N. "Doc" Harris and Elizabeth Harsin Harris. He died Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at Autumn Wind Assisted Living surrounded by his family. Jack was raised on a ranch and at a young age, helped his Dad and uncle trail cattle from the summer range in Jordan Valley, across the Snake River, to their ranch in the Riverside community, not to mention the many times he helped buckaroo at South Mountain. Jack married Helen Muldoon on January 1, 1948 and they made their home on the ranch in Riverside, where he lived for 75 years, later moving to Caldwell. They had four children, Valerie, Jacque, Kevin and Kerry. Jack farmed, bought cattle as a broker and worked for Musser Seed Co. as a field man. Jack loved sports of all kinds. In high school he played football, basketball and baseball, baseball being his favorite. Jack and his brother-in-law, Carroll Johnstone, started the first Little League baseball team in Marsing and he continued to coach baseball for many years. He also was on the rodeo circuit and very successful at rodeos in the Northwest. Jack was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved to pack in and fish at Boulder Lake near McCall. Jack spent many days with his brother-in-law, Don Muldoon, golfing. Jack was very involved in the Marsing Community. He helped to establish the Marsing Disaster Auction to assist people in the community. Jack is survived by his wife, Helen, his children; Valerie (Dennis) Dines, Jacque (George) Scott, Kevin (Robin) Harris and Kerry (Tammy) Harris. His grandchildren; Brad (Erica) Dines, Alex (Jelena) Maxwell, Andrea (Geoff) Franks, Kelly, Kyle and Tyson Harris, Brennan Gabiola-Harris, Nicassia Gabiola-Harris, Tanner (Ashlynne) Gabiola and Keegan Harris. He also leaves behind 16 great- grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Jack was preceded in death by his sister, Margaret (Cloyce) Benson; brother, George (Melba) Harris; son-in-law, Ron Maxwell and his grandson, Shane Dines. A Viewing will be held on Monday, December 22, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, Caldwell, ID with Rosary recited at 7:00 PM. His Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, Caldwell, ID on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 10:30 AM. Burial will be at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at the Marsing Homedale Cemetery, Marsing, ID. Services are under the care of Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. The family would like to give special thanks to Heart-N-Home Hospice and the staff at Autumn Wind Assisted Living for their kind and loving care of Jack.
