Gage Driskell

Gage T. Driskell
July 18, 2002 - February 13, 2014
Gage Thomas Driskell went to be with our Heavenly Father on February 13, 2014. He passed away surrounded by his beloved family and friends, who will miss his warrior spirit, his amazing crooked smile, and that certain glint in his eyes.
Gage loved the outdoors, particularly hunting and fishing. More than anything, Gage loved time with friends and family. He also loved all animals, especially his dog, Studly McMuffin, Jr. After naming Studly, Gage liked the name so much he named himself Studly McMuffin, Sr.
Despite all the pain and treatments Gage endured, he always had a smile on his face. He was so strong, and never once complained even to the very end when he learned he had lost his battle against cancer. He was a loving, spirited boy who was there for everyone, far more than we could ever be for him.
Gage was born to Jake Driskell and Shea Nelson on July 18, 2002, in Caldwell, Idaho. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Stephen K. Nelson and his grandfather, Michael K. Driskell.
The family would like to thank the many people that supported Gage through the past three years, including motorcycle clubs, and other organizations and the staff at St. Luke's Children's hospital and St. Luke's MSTI.
Funeral services for Gage will be held at the Julian Laca Gymnasium in Parma on Saturday, March 1, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. under the direction of Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell. Immediately following his service, he will be interred at the Wilder Cemetery with his grandfather, Michael Keith Driskell. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family at www.dakanfuneralchapel.com
