Mr Skaggs was one of my first accounting clients back in the early 80's. He was a good honest christian man. My condolances go to his family.

Don was a wonderful witness to his Lord and Savior. He always asked new people at church if they knew Jesus. I will miss him, his smiling face, his hugs. His favorite place to be was resting in Jesus and now he truly is. My Love and prayers go out to Dorothy and her family. The MVWC won't be the same without him. Nita

Sorry to hear about Don. I knew him only a short time when we attended Melba Church. I have fond memories of him and Sister Cline making great music. He truely loved others and has left a warm place in my heart. You are with your friend forever.

Yes, what a great man we lost, but at least he is in peace and resting in God's arms now. Love and Peace to Don and Don's family. Steve Weber

Don was truly a man who loved Jesus and he had a way of making each one of us at church feel loved. I will miss Don's hugs and his smile. You are loved. "Rest in Jesus"
