Elizabeth Marks Obituary

Elizabeth Sandra Marks, 17 of Nampa lost her fight with small cell ovarian cancer on Saturday, May 14, 2011.
A viewing will be held today, May 18, from 4 to 7 p.m., at Accent Funeral Home, 1303 N. Main St. in Meridian. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., on Thursday, May 19, at the Calvary Chapel, 911 Everett St. in Caldwell. Burial will follow at Kohler Lawn Cemetery in Nampa. Condolences may be left online for the family at www.AccentFuneral.com. Services are under the direction of Accent Funeral Home.
Elizabeth was born on Dec. 20, 1993, in Boise to DeVonne Barron and Joseph Highley. She was currently a junior at Columbia High School.
Elizabeth enjoyed computers, and could have been called a "computer geek," she was an accomplished artist and enjoyed drawing anime. She enjoyed animals, especially her cat, Pippa.
She is survived by her parents: Brennen and DeVonne Barron; father, Joseph Highley; siblings: Joshua Marks, Daniel Marks, Samantha Marks, Brandi Davis, and Christopher Barron; grandmothers: Corine Fike and Sandra Osborne; grandfather, Lawrence Marks and grandparents: Rufino and Julie Barron; three nieces, and seven nephews and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
