Kelly Thomas Obituary
Kelly was born August 12, 1960, in Mesa, Ariz. to Gale and Donna Penrod. She graduated from Vallivue High School in 1978. She later married Robert Thomas on Nov. 5, 1981 in Elko, Nev.
Kelly loved being outside gardening, riding horses, beading, skydiving, arts and crafts as well as spending as much time with her family as possible. She loved to hunt down a good huckleberry bush and spend hours in the hot springs. She had a soft and generous heart, always helping others…continuously putting them above herself.
She donated to several charities including MS of Idaho and Easter Seals.
Kelly is survived by her husband Robert Thomas; her children, Shannon Thomas, David (Crystal) Thomas, Cassie (Ryan) Johnson and Trevor Thomas; grandchildren - Taylor Thomas-Fisher, Hope Thomas, Dakota Thomas, Haven Thomas and Noah Thomas.
She is also survived by her parents Gale and Donna; sisters Stacy (Ed) Fisher, Karen (John) Keller; nephews & nieces - Justin Fisher, Aaron Oyster, Kathy Campbell, Larmie Campbell, Jennifer and Sean Coffey and family, Dusty Thomas, Travis Krajnik, Amber Fisher Upson, Garrett Raymond, Josh Oyster, Anessa Fisher, Ryan Raymond, Brittany Oyster, Dalton Penrod, Dillon Keller and Sarah; She had special friends Jill Frans, Renee, Rose Winder, Laurie Gormson, Dawn Meyers, Corrine Ferris, Tony Cruz, Marsha Thompson, and many others. She also had loving pets Snoopy who died and Skeeter, Silly and Bobby.
Kelly was predeceased by Susan Oyster Nov. 15 2010, Kathy Thomas May 2010, Dusty Raymond Oct. 16, 1986.

Kelly,
Little did we know that morning that God would call your name. In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone. For part of us went
with you the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories,
your love is still our guide. And though we cannot see you, you are
always by our side. Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same.
But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

I did not know Kelly very well but every time I did see her she was always smiling and joking. I am sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with all her family and friends!

Kelly is a true ray of sunshine. Her spirit will forever live in our hearts.. If there was one thing that she ever taught me is to say what is on your mind and do it with a smile..... (it makes them wonder what you been up to) My heart breaks for her family and the loss that they have suffered... My heart breaks for you and your siblings. Your mom was a one of a kind. I absolutely loved her and enjoyed her company on our choir field trips and no matter if she met you once or knew you personally, she always greeted you with a hug and a smile. She will be greatly missed. Love you and my prayers are with you.

It's comforting to know my friend is not alone. She's with Susie, Dusty, Kathy and my sons and my mom and dad. My thoughts and prayers go out to Kelly's family.
