Cheryl was born July 3, 1948, in El Paso, Texas, to Lillian Hills Stites. The family moved to Boise in 1953, where Cheryl attended Boise schools. She married and divorced Bill Moore. Later she married Bob Radloff. After their divorce, she moved to Alabama where she married Mr. Jarvis. She returned to Boise after his death in the mid-nineties.
Cheryl was active in arts and craft activities. She was very creative and left many evidences of her talents. Cheryl was initiated into Adah #8 of Eastern Star on November 17, 1976. She held dual membership with Hugh Duncan and Meridian 66. She was also a member of Ladies of the Oriental Shine. She worked on many special projects for Grand Chapter of Idaho and continued to be a member at her death.
She was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather. She is survived by her sister Jennifer Nelson, her brothers, Mark (Lori) Lee, Matthew (Tiffany) Lee, and Martin Lee, as well as several nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held for Cheryl on Monday February 17, from 5-6pm at Alsip and Persons Funeral Chapel, 404 10th Ave S.
