Pilar Wiseman Obituary

Pilar was born in Jordan Valley, Ore., to Joe and Regina Ansotegui. She lived the majority of her life in Nampa, Ida.
Pilar was a registered nurse, who loved helping others. She was extremely kind and compassionate, and she never met a stranger.
Her Christian faith, family, friends, and Basque heritage were all important to her, but her faith was the driving force in her life.
Pilar passed away at home, surrounded by her family who loved her so much. Pilar is survived by her husband, Harold Wiseman; daughter, Ann Hawley; son-in-law, Greg Hawley; granddaughters, Kate and Emma, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A family service will be held at Finley Sunset Hills in Portland, Ore., on Saturday May 7, at 2 p.m.
Donations may be made to The Alzheimer's Association of Oregon, Providence Hospice, or Loaves and Fishes.

Harold and Ann, I am very sorry to hear of Pilar's passing. She was a wonderful woman. My fondest memory is how she would carry me so my snow boots would not get wet. She was always carring for others. My family sends their love and prayers. Nancy

Harold and Anne, I'm so sorry to hear of Pilar's passing. She was a very special lady. I have many memories of times spent with Pilar, my Grandma Rose (Calzacorta-Grass), and my mother Susan Grass Belyeu. All very special ladies and all missed very much.
