October 20, 1951 - February 23, 2014
Rhonda Sue Flaming, of Caldwell, Idaho, went home to be with her loving Lord February 23, 2014 after five months of battling the West Nile Virus and complications with rumatoid arthritis.
Rhonda was born October 20, 1951 in Caldwell Idaho to Arthur Enebo and Wilma (Susie) Enebo. She, her parents and brother, Gene Enebo moved to the Greenleaf, Idaho area shortly after Rhonda was born. Rhonda studied to become an X-ray technician who then married the love of her life, Doug Flaming, June 8, 1974 and this year would have marked their 40th anniversary.
Rhonda grew up in a loving family environment on a farm in Greenleaf. Animals and the outdoors were always a vital part of her life, especially her cats. Many wonderful stories were shared with family and friends about trips to the coast, camping, lefsa and horse club to name a few. Rhonda maintained many of her childhood relationships made with neighbors and classmates throughout her life. In Rhonda's family you learned quickly that there was always time for strong coffee and a game of pinochle.
Rhonda was a genuine person with no pretenses who in her own quiet way left her mark on many people's lives through encouragements, advice and love, a practice she continued throughout her life.
Rhonda will be missed by husband, Doug Flaming (Kamiah), daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Nick Saadi (Incline Village, NV.), son and daughter-in-law, Grant and Rachel Flaming (Caldwell), granddaughter, Avery Grace Flaming, Brother and sister-in-law, Gene and Helen Enebo, Many wonderful nephews, nieces, grandnephew and grandnieces, cousins, friends without limit.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made out to Gideons Association. https://www.gideons.org
