Robert "Bob" Robinson, 92, of Caldwell, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2011, of natural causes at a Caldwell hospital. A graveside service with military honors will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2011, 3:00 PM, at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery, Boise.

Bob was born in La Grange Park, Illinois, lived several years in Freemont, California and retired to Caldwell in 1988. He was a veteran of World War Two and served in Europe and the Middle East. He was awarded the American Defense Service Ribbon with three overseas service bars, Good Conduct Ribbon, European African – Middle Eastern Theater Ribbon with four Bronze Battle Stars.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Scott Robinson a sergeant in the US Marine Corp., and his beloved wife Sue.
He is survived by his stepson Allen Caldeira (Brenda), seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
