Passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 4, 2013 in Pocatello, Idaho.
He was born on February 23, 1935 to John Patrick and Freida Bobbie Medalie Conley in Salt Lake City, Utah.
As a Proud Marine, Simeon courageously served in the Korean war, receiving the Bronze Star and Purple Heart for bravery in combat. He spent much of his life traveling the United States of America, enjoying the back roads and small towns, meeting new people and coming back with grand tales of his adventures. He dedicated a big part of his life to his next "DEAL" trying to fulfill his dream of being the worlds greatest stunt man, believing until he passed that he would indeed jump the snake river.
He is survived by his sister Bernice (Dan) Brogan, the lights of his lives his children, Derek (Debbie) Conley, Robin (William) Robinson, Misty( Keith) Buchhalter, and Phaedra Conley. Also his loving grandchildren, Zara Cardenas, Paul Conley, Simi Abassi Buchhalter and Gabriella Buchalter.
He wass preceded in death by his brothers, Albert, Phillip, George and a sister Jeanette.
The Family would like to thank the staff at the Monte Vista Care Center, for their tireless and loving care of Simeon these last few years.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Salt Lake City Rescue Mission.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday May 11, 2013 at 12:00 P.M. at the Dowards Funeral Home, 241 North Garfield Ave. in Pocatello, Idaho.
