FRUITLAND - Charles E. "Buzz" Bulmer, age 77, of Fruitland, passed away Thursday, July 1, 2010 at home. There will be no services at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Fruitland.

Buzz was born Oct 5, 1932, in Payette, Idaho, to Thomas Paxton and Alice Mae (Perry) Bulmer. He graduated from Payette High School in 1951.
He joined the Navy in 1953 and served until 1957. Buzz worked for 32 years as a truck driver for Garrett Freight Lines. He volunteered many hours as a driver for the Veterans Van in this area over the last few years. He was a member of the Masonic and Shriners Lodge in Pocatello, Idaho, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, family and friends.
Buzz is survived by his wife of 48 years, Ila (Dille) Bulmer; five children, Tom and Kathy Bulmer, Mike and Cindy Bulmer, Rosella and Randy Harris, Sherriel and Tom Covelli, and Christy and Brad Barbre; 17 grandchildren, Robbie, Michelle, Rick, Shasta, Shandy, Kolan, Brandon, Jessica, Jennifer, Shane, Angie, Tony, Kasey, Nichole, Joshua, Dustin, and Makayla; and 26 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sisters and one great-grandson.
