David Parkinson Obituary
VANCOUVER, Wash. - In loving memory of David Royal Parkinson
David Royal Parkinson was born on May 8, 1968, in Blackfoot, Idaho, to Royal Jay Parkinson and Janviere Lee Scudder Parkinson (Waltman). David graduated from Highland High School in 1985.
He then moved to Vancouver, Washington, where he resided for the past 23 years.
David died on June 8, 2011, after a long battle with substance addiction.
David is survived by his mother, Jan Waltman, of Vancouver, Wash.; four sisters, Kelly Frasure of Federal Way, Wash., Kimberly Cornwall of Vancouver, Wash., Kathy Parkinson of Vancouver, Wash., Heather Viertel of Vancouver, Wash.; a brother, John Pannel of Renton, Wash.; a son, Alex Crystal of Pocatello, Idaho; and wife, Vicki Parkinson, of Vancouver, Wash. He is preceded in death by his father, Royal Parkinson.

I will miss my brother saying "Kimmy" with all his heart. We were so close going up. He is in a better place now and happy to be close to our dad. I love you David.
