Manti Cody Harris
April 16, 2013 - April 16, 2013
Manti Cody Harris was born still at 8:18 a.m. on April 16, 2013 to his loving parents Walker and Rachel Harris in Pocatello, ID at Portneuf Medical Center. The 39 weeks that Rachel and Walker were expecting Manti were full of joy, anticipation, and love. His parents along with family and friends cherished this precious baby boy from the moment they heard he was coming and they will continue to love and cherish him now that he has returned to live with his Heavenly Father and other family members in Heaven.
While the loss of their sweet baby is devastating, Walker and Rachel have shown great courage, strength, and love for their son. They are comforted in knowing that their sweet baby boy will always be their angel, watching over them and the rest of their family here on earth. He will always have a special place in their heart, their perfect first child.
Walker and Rachel are grateful for the outpouring of sympathy and love they have received from friends and family. Though so many are saddened by the loss of Manti, we are all strengthened with the knowledge that families are eternal and that we will all be with our precious perfect boy again someday.
Manti is survived by; his parents Walker and Rachel Harris; grandparents, Ed & Val Harris (Waikoloa, HI), Clarence & Tonda Cody (Pocatello, ID); great-grandparents, Phil & Ollie Harris (Captain Cook, HI), Rusty and Andrea Barlow (Pocatello, ID), Nadine Rasmussen (Pocatello), Vivian Cody (Pocatello); great great-grandmother, Truma Davis (Fort Hall); along with his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Walker and Rachel would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Pocatello Family Medicine, Especially Dr. Jonathan Cree and Dr. Sharla Clark.
