James Kirkpatrick
James Kirkpatrick Hayes, 52 of Nampa passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2013. He was born July 8, 1960 in Nampa, Idaho to Eugene and Virginia Argetus Hayes. He attended schools in Nampa and graduated from Nampa High School. After graduation he joined the Air Force. He worked at Zilog before launching his new career in the assisted living profession as an LPN. James loved spending time with his family watching movies and also was great at body building and held the title of Mr. Idaho for two consecutive years. He loved being active in helping others as a nurse and helping with his children and grandchildren.
James was preceded in death by his sister Ginger Maria Hayes. He is survived by his parents Eugene and Virginia Hayes of Caldwell; his daughters Amanda and Jessica Hayes of Nampa; brothers Gene and Shawn Hayes; sisters Dana Wheeler and Georgia Shetler; several nieces and nephews and his precious grandsons Camron Wilson and Kaydon Wilson.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 11 at the Mount Calvary Cemetery on the corner of Greenhurst and South Powerline Roads. Arrangements are under the direction of Zeyer Funeral Chapel, Nampa. 467-7300

. I knew Jim long ago, as we were stationed in England together, back in the early 1980's. I have some very fond memories of him as he was a close friend, with a beautiful heart and a beautiful smile. My sincere condolences to his family and friends, I know he was one of a kind and will be missed terribly.

So Sorry for the loss of Jim. He and I shared the same birthday and for the past 4-5 years tried to connect at the gym on our birthdays to jsut give a hello and chat. I always enoyed talking with him. He will be missed and remembered. RIP my friend.

You could always count on seeing Jim at the 'Gym'. Most people ask how your doing as a formality, Jim wanted to talk about it and actually cared. He talked a lot about his daughters which lead me to believe that they were very important to him. I am really shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. He will be missed. My condolences.

A great man, my husband and I met Jim in the gym. He had a beautiful heart, to his family thank you for raising and sharing such a wonderful kind man.
