Todd Sylvester Zacher

Todd Sylvester Zacher, 54, of Boise, passed away on September 2, 2013. He was born on August 18, 1959 to Sylvester and Joan Tinsley Zacher in Bowman, ND. Todd went to Century High School in Bismarck, North Dakota and graduated in 1977. He married Mickey "Lovey" Schmaltz on May 4, 1984 at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in Bismarck, North Dakota. They resided in Bismarck, North Dakota, Corpus Christi, Texas and lastly Boise, Idaho where Todd worked for Federal Express for those 29 years.
Todd was an avid sportsman. He played baseball as a young boy and continued on to play Legion Ball and Minor League Triple A. He made numerous athletic achievements while in high school and college. He followed all sports, especially the Boise State Broncos. Todd also enjoyed elk and deer hunting, fishing and bow hunting.
Todd was preceded in death by his father, Sylvester Zacher; sister, Deanna Zacher Monson and nephew, Alex Bock. He is survived by his wife, Mickey "Lovey" Zacher of Boise; son, John Zacher of Boise; brother, Mark Zacher of Boise, sisters, Bonnie Zacher Jeanotte of Rapid City, South Dakota, Carolyn Zacher Bock of Boise and Ann Zacher Brambel of Fargo, North Dakota; his mother, Joan Zacher of Rapid City, South Dakota and numerous nieces and nephews.
Todd's memorial mass will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 10:30am at Our Lady of the Rosary, Boise.
